Had a very nice time here last week. Veal Saltimbocca was wonderful, service was great. Loved the bread. Didn't try the dessert.

I'm not an expert on Italian food nor do I have extensive experience with fine Italian dining, but I feel my judgement is a good bench mark for the average consumer. This place exceeded all my expectations.
The only drawbacks - long wait and crowded. I took my wife here for a valentines day dinner and it was definitely worth...

Prices for each meal was too high for the quality of food I can get from Olive Garden. The side salad served was the size of half cup served in a huge plate, who are they fooling? The food itself was no better for what I can pay at Olive Garden. The service was horrible. The dark and dinghy atmosphere...

We make it a point to visit at least 4-6 times a year and have gone twice so far this year. We went in January and had a wonderful meal with our daughter and her boyfriend. Everything from the salad, soup, cheese tortellini, my chicken and my husband's steak medallions was wonderful. My daughter's boyfriend is a vegetarian and there...

Buona Sera has been one of our favorite restaurants for years. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff can always help select the right wine for the meal. This is a small place, and you'll definitely want to make a reservation if you're going on a Friday or Saturday evening. Even with a reservation, you may need to wait...

The atmosphere is charming and beautifully decorated. Scores high on the romance scale.
The service was spot on. Clearly the owner invests in training his staff and ensuring they work as a team to provide attentive and prompt service. A+ for effort
The real piece to rave about is the food. Right up there with some of the best Italian...

When I hear the words "hidden gem" I think of Buona Sera. My husband and I have been going here for years and it's our place when we want a wonderful meal in a romatic setting. Rafaele - the head chef and owner - is a character - full of life! He has a dish on his menu Pollo alla...

This used to be a breakfast place when the current owner bought and remodled it into a wonderful neighborhood Italian restaurant.
The owner and chef is from Italy and really knows how to do Italian cooking.
try the Lamb, It is the best I have had.
Everything is excellent,
A great place for a romantic dinner.
extensive wine list.

Clearly the best Italian food in the North Metro. The food is always good, but I wouldn't say it is "knock it out of the ball park" great. The service is always good. For me what really makes this place is the atmosphere of the place. It is small, without feeling cramped, and makes you feel like you have found...

My wife and I went to this restaurant for her birthday celebration. Although it's a bit of a drive from Minneapolis, it was worth it. The food was excellent. The owner and chef is from Italy and strives to prepare foods with "heart" based on his Italian background. The service was very good and we had a very nice evening.
