It is a very nice place but to me the meal costs are way to high for what one gets. To me they are over the top on what they are charging More

We had the breakfast buffet. Mediocre at best. Bland, uninteresting and un-remarkable. More

I recently was staying at the Bloomington, MN Hampton Inn on business, and since they don't have a restaurant, and the adjacent restaurants are a Denny's and a sports bar, I decided to walk across the street to the Hilton hotel, to check out their restaurant. The Chophouse, which has a separate entrance from the hotel lobby, has a great... More

I would say that the food was really good but the service was so bad that it leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you leave. If you're willing to pay these high prices for a good meal I would expect great service. I get better service at McDonalds More

My guest was too polite to return his sandwich, Wagyu Mini Burgers and I literally left 95% of my sandwich (Turkey Club) on the plate. The Turkey Club was bad quality packaged processed deli cut meat. I could have purchased something better at Cub. The bread was very dry, the bacon inedible. The garlic aioli was putrid. The Wagyu Mini... More

We made a reservation for Valentine's Day last year - it was deplorable! I made a late reservation for 9:30/9:45pm - I still had to wait in a long line, I didn't get the booth I'd reserved, the hostess was a..ahem, not kind to us (though she was pissed at her staff, and now I know why, she still shouldn't... I apologize for your experience a year ago at our restaurant on Valentine's Day 2009. Although, I was not the manager a year ago, I can say that Valentine's Weekend 2010 was extremely successful. While we do not have many reviews on Trip Advisor, reviews on websites such as Open Table have been positive. Please allow us the opportunity to... More

We went to the ChopHouse for restaurant week, excited to try a new location for dinner. If i could rate just the host, I would give five stars, however the rest of the experience was miserable. We ordered a bottle of wine, and were told, thirty minutes later, that they've never carried it. A different bottle was suggested in it's... More

We went there today, for Thanksgiving. There were three choices--Turkey, Beef and Pork. We were excited because the meat was all locally raised and it sounded like there were some fun sides-Chipolte Yams, Squash w/homemade marshmellows and two different kinds of stuffing. The bread was delicious. Warm and with some cardemom. Then salad. I had the Waldorf salad and the... More
