We got the Oreo peanut butter ice cream and the Caramel Ice Cream and it was amazing. This is a just try when you're in traverse city next. Pricing was great too!
The best ice cream I have EVER HAD! So many choices, but everything is great! A must if you are in the area
We had their peanut butter ice cream with no bake cookies in it. Ohh my word! Great!!! We sampled several other flavors as well. They all were good.
First, the drive from Acme to this place is quite pretty. It was during the fall colors, and it's a sight to see. Moomers is right by a pasture and there's a herd of cows that graze happily that you can view from their deck. it's very pretty. THe ice cream. We tried the sampler, which is five (or six?)... More
Ok, so we passed on having dessert at the Grand Traverse Pie Company so we could try some of the famous Moomers ice cream. We visited TC last year and never made it to try any so this time when we visited we made a point to try it. My husband and I got the sampler platter, so to speak,... More
We loved MOOOMERS!! What a great stop! Between Traverse City & Sleeping Bear Dunes, we were the only ones there. On season its really busy & lined up, but we had a great visit with the staff & admired the cows and appreciated the pretty fall colours all around, while enjoying our cones. Delicious, creamy ice cream and many fun... More
As ice cream lovers we wouldn't miss stopping at moomers......and the visit greatly exceeded our expectations, And the cherry ice cream with hot fudge was to die for!
Although we had the pleasure of eating Moomer's delicious ice cream on a trip to Traverse City 6 years ago, this was the first time that we got to visit their actual store. With a generous gift card from a dear friend and fellow tripadvisor member, we both ordered and enjoyed large Hot Fudge Sundae's with flavors that were just... More
Our friends told us that we MUST stop for ice cream at Moomers! Well, we were NOT disappointed. They were even featured on Good Morning America. The farm next door has the cows that the milk comes from for the ice cream and they are wandering about the fields looking on in amazement at the tourists and locals that come... More
If you have a craving for ice cream this is the place to stop. The inside is well decorated and the ice cream is amazing. Go hungry because the servings are very generous! Sit back and enjoy the lake view with an ice cream cone.
