Fresh ingredients and clean surroundings. Helpful waitstaff. Add a basket of chips and you have a great meal!

Pruebelo's is a very nice family owned Mexican restaurant. You can't go wrong with their fresh and tasty food!

Very bland. Not like true Mexican dishes.

I guess you'd call Pruebelo Americanized Mexican food, it's good, but not what I'd call authentic. Mostly burritos and salads, seems to be made fresh. I give it an extra star for the Jeep horn in the bathrooms.
