Have had a ton of Mexican food, every place in the area! This place is about the same as taco bell, but better décor.
Food was just fine. Service was good. I feel that some Mexican restaurants cater to much to the area that they are located. Ifeel the the food should be made the way it is intended. That is what the draw is. Our family has our favorite in Soutwest Detroit. This place is the best we have had this far out... More
Maybe we just picked a bad night as thunder storms had knocked out power to many homes in the area. Or maybe it's always this busy on a Friday night. Either way the tables were so close together the 3 of us had to sit on the same side, making conversation difficult. At one point they set up another table... More
Off the beaten path, but the food was outstanding. This is definitely a locals place, but service was great. Short wait on a busy night. I had the grilled chicken covered in chorizo over rice. Would definitely make this a regular stop.
Food was just fine. Service was very good. Had to sit in the basement next to a television though. I won't let that happen again. I did not try the margaritas, but will on my next visit. The menu was a bit overwhelming. Too many selections all presented on two pages.
Chicken Enchiladas and Shrimp Chimichangas this time - Above average quality and taste, not the greatest mexican food of them all but the restaurant scored on all fronts: quality, cleanliness, great service and decent food served fresh and hot to the table. It managed to sidestep all the issues you might find in a non-franchised restaurant. Let's hope this can... More

Hoping for a better follow-up, I ordered the chile relleno special, served with re-fried beans, a taco and... More
Had dinner at the Cancun Mexican Grill with a good friend. I had the guacamole dip to start, which was fair. Then I ordered the vegetarian fajitas, which came in a large portion with very good flavor. I would have asked for more tortillas if I would split the entree, but I could not manage to eat more. I enjoyed... More
This place recently opened. There is a dearth of good Mexican food in the area, so this is a welcome addition. The staff is friendly, nice decor, good food. Their spicy salsa is a little wierd but I just add hot sauce to the regular salsa.
The restaurant decor was surprisingly different with colorful paintings on the chair back and tables.Their theme appears to highlight Mexican life through paintings. The menu had ample choices rather a big menu. Their were many combinations to suit all kind of budget. We ordered the California Burrito and Chimichanga. The mixture for the burritos were quite flavorful with the addition... More
