I love Vietnamese food. I have enjoyed it on the west coast many times. And I have been to Vietnam and enjoyed it there. There is nothing quite like a Vietnamese breakfast including a big spicy bowl of Pho in the morning. So I thought that this should be great. And sure enough it was.
