If you go to a restaurant because you believe that good service is part of the experience, don’t go to Plaza Mexico. Average food, terrible service. We have visited Plaza Mexico several times, and we have never been disappointed. It is a very small place on 9 mile and it is easy to over look it and drive right past the place. Not a wise decision. There aren't many terrific choices for Tex-Mex food on the eastside, so Plaza Mexico stands out. My favorite meal is the Burrito platter, a truly stuffed soft shell. Prices are inexpensive. Family friendly. No beer, wine or liquor More
