Just your average budget Tex-mex if you are from down south but not bad for Detroit. I'll stick with my Texas restaurants for this type of food and pay way less for it or get much better for the price.
Service is great.

In case you did not know - Tacos are a dollar on Tuesday - can't beat that! Not a five star restaurant, but a great place to grab tasty food.

We dined at Loco at approximately 10 pm on a Wednesday night. Our server was great: otherwise, the experience was not a good one.
Atmosphere: Think "sports bar in a working class neighbourhood".
Server: She was patient when we took our time ordering (the menu is huge), attentive and pleasant. She rates five stars.
Service: Our appetizer came in less...

Mexican food in Greektown? Apparently so!

I had a coupon from the 2012 Entertainment Book for a BOGO meal. This makes an excellant value. Menu prices are average for a Mexican food restaurant (a good deal to start with).

Searched through Trip Advisor for a dinner spot in Greektown. We chose Loco and were very pleased. If you like Mexican this place will put a mile on your face. We thought we were in Puerto Vallarta. The Host gave us options for seating and we didn't have our coats off before the Totopos and Salsa arrived. Our server was...
