After trying the Xochimilco Restaurant I decided to try Mexican Town to compare. I liked Mexican Village better. I ordered the same meal (chicken burrito) at both places, both were good, however the flavor of the beans over took the taste of the burrito's at Xochimilco. If you want authentic, this is the place to be. This community is like a transplant from Mexico, and is a great time on its own, or as lots of Detroiters do it, before a Tigers game.

I have been going to this place since for over 20 years, and yet nothing has changed..This vist, the restaurant felt a bit dingey, too dark and no warmth. Please UPDATE...The food was good.
