We try to stop at Annie's whenever we're in town. Food is always good, the waitstaff is excellent and we always leave content, satisfied and planning to return asap.

Food is 'GREAT" like eating at home. Wait staff is friendly and efficient. Morning, noon or night the quality of the experience does not change. T
One of my favorites. I had Turkey Croquets today for lunch. They were great, came with REAL mashed potatoes and green beans for only $6.95. I always enjoy their food. Breakfast all day includes triple berry pancakes-yum! Not too much seating, so if coming at a popular time, be prepared for a bit of a wait.
The best time to go is for breakfast especially on weekends when the specials are numerous. I live in Sturbridge and we eat here often. Not fancy and after 8 am the line can be long, but the wait isn't too bad. Quite a variety of omelets and pancakes. Good French toast as well. Atmosphere is like a local diner...

The staff was very nice and the service was fast. The breakfast choices were the typical dinner breakfast. Everything was OK.
This is a small & quaint little restaurant but well worth the 15 min. wait. Were greeted right away once we sat down & offered hot coffee. Another waitress came right over & took our order. Food was hot & lots of it served in a timely manner. (I'm very, very picky when it comes to my food served hot....

Annie's is the type of place you need to visit when you want to be surrounded in old fashioned home style comfort. Not fancy, just basic good food and wait staff and value. A place where you can find comfort in a grilled cheese sandwich that sustains you the rest of the day. A favorite.......
My wife, daughter, son-in-law, and I left Lexington, MA on our way south on a Sunday morning and decided to try to find a place in Sturbridge to eat a late breakfast. Anne's looked to be the only breakfast place in Sturbridge on tripadviser so we took a chance. Well worth the detour off the interstate. Good food. It is...

They know how to take the reservation but they don't know how to hold the reservation. Avoid unless you enjoy waiting a very long time.
We arrived around 10 AM on a Sunday and had to wait. Well worth the wait. The portions were so large we skipped lunch and could have skipped dinner too! Friendly waitstaff. Clean but small booths. Would like to go back soon.
