Our lunch, consisting of two pots of tea, two scones, and two bowls of chicken chili came to 48.00 before tip. I was shocked!! Probably won't return for anything except tea.
Desperately hungry, I was able to talk my friends into stopping at a tea shop for lunch. We were glad that we did. The lobster bisque, salads and sandwiches were all that my "real food" friends wanted while I was able to order the traditional tea meal of small sandwiches, scones, jam and clotted cream. We did wait perhaps ten minutes for our waitress to arrive but once we ordered, the tea and food came relatively quickly. The curried...
