As soon as I read about the lemon ricotta pancakes I knew I had to have them. Absolutely divine! They were worth the hour wait. That was the only drawback. Just be prepared for that, and this is still off season

First off what an interesting spot. Be sure to head around back once you find it and head up the back stairs to get in. It's small and gets busy with up to an hour wait, my advice is to get there early. Once inside you will not be disappointed, the breakfast is probably the best I've ever had! Do...

I have spent several years in search of the best breakfast on the Cape, and I've found it at the Hangar B Eatery, a tiny, unpretentious gem on the second floor of the Chatham Airport building. Owners Tracy and Brian will welcome you warmly, offer you their custom-roast coffee while you're waiting for a table (they're packed on summer weekends...

Cool location at Chatham Airport. You will receive a great quality breakfast over looking the airport runway. My wife and I had ...the eggs benedict $14.00 (hollandaise sauce was superior) and lemon ricotta$10.00 pancakes(enough for two people) with a side order of red flannel hash $7.00(beets, yukon potatoes, bacon). All three orders were excellent. The owner(Brian) is a former chef...

$14 is the average price on a limited menu.
$3.50 for a regular cup of black coffee.
By limited I mean they don't have omelets...well unless you just happen to show up on omlet day.
The restaurant is on a small municipal airport. Not exactly what you think of when you think "cape cod". But a good change of pace...

All made to order . We ate there on the last day of the season and it was amazing as usual. Red flannel hash is so good -you must try. Homemade baked good everyday. Take some home for later.
Creative breakfasts that are fresh and prepared to order. Only sourdough bread served dry (that's a good thing) with awesome homemade jams like strawberry & thyme or blackberry & lemon. Tried a doughnut to too and it was good too. Food is excellent but pricing is more inline with a lunch or light dinner.
Great location overlooking the Chatham airport ! The space is very small and a bit noisy ! The food is well prepared and they use fresh local ingredients as well as make some of the most delicious jams I've ever had ! Even the non jam lovers will agree! You can tell they take pride and care in the food...

Very kids friendly. I can see the owner took extra time (and probably $$) to make the place fun for family with small children. They have cute and stylish IKEA children's utensils.
Kids and adults all can enjoy looking out the airplanes and people parachuting down while eating. The restaurant is small, so expect some wait if you go there...

We drove to the Cape for an overnight in mid-December and were happy to find Hanger B on top of the lists we searched. No one was eating when we arrived, but they welcome us with open arms, and turned the heat up! Menu and food are amazing. Localized, personalized, and cooked right there. Because if was slow, they gave...
