We love hitting this place up while we're on vacation, the line is long but if you stick around you won't be disappointed. The cheese fries are a great way to start the meal. The side salads are fresh and large, with the steak and cordon blue were excellent. Great place to bring a big parties.

Really, I don't know what the fuss is all about. This is my second time visiting this establishment, and I don't find anything special here. First, you search for your parking spot, Second ,you go upstairs to wait in a very small bar area, until your name is called, depending on what day of the week average 1/2hr to 40min.... More

Very busy restaurant, worth the short wait. Filet steak was fantastic. I didn't even need a steak knife to cut it. Waitress was fabulous. we were a large party and she never missed a beat. The Hostess and the cashier were equally very nice. The dessert was to die for. Take the time, make some plans and GO!!

I've been a regular at The Steakhouse for 10+ years and always loved the food and atmosphere. Steaks are very good but not great but all the other food and their house potatoes are great! It's the best steak house in Southern Maine but plan for a wait or get their early!

Perfect family steak dinner atmosphere. Huge lines on weekends, yet people know it is worth over an hour wait on those busy weekends. Reminds me of the old Valle's Steakhouse -- or a Hilltop steakhouse on the coast. Salads are huge and really good, and we love their garlic mashed potatio

This restaurant is amazing!! From the appetizers to dessert is wonderful. I highly recommend extra butter with your steak order. It is the best ever. The restaurant is a little pricey but totally worth it.

This is one of our favorite places to eat, when int he Wells area. Their filets never dissappoint and the blue cheese butter that served with it is to die for! Also the baked beans are the best.

Great service for a restaurant that is packed during high season. Food is well prepared, served hot and the waitstaff is attentive to your needs.
