First, the service is excellent. Food is average, but not terrible. We enjoyed the seafood chowder, but the hamburger was pretty meh.

We just stumbled upon Jay Dubs since it's a little off the main thoroughfare but we're glad we did. Almost the entire menu was local and very nicely prepared. The wait staff was friendly and very personable. It's small but very enjoyable with very good food!
