I have since moved to Texas, but frequented Parkside when I lived in the N.O. area. Nothing fancy, just a hot grill with great sandwiches (hot ham and cheese my fav) and full bar. The owner works the grill and tends bar week day lunches and several nights a week. If you go in, tell him that Christine says "hi"....
