VERY pleased with Don's! Fried alligator, crab bienville, and spicy catfish hit the spot with us. The waitress was very friendly, gave us some instructions on where to buy local seafood and seasonings :). Definitely worth a try!! More

Upon first entering this resturant, the hostess was none too friendly. However, the food more than made up for the attitude we received. Such a great place to eat and enjoy! More

We had perfect raw oysters, softshell crab & shrimp/crab casserole. All were very good. Service & atmosphere also very good. More

This is an old fashioned seafood restaurant, if that's what you're looking for. I find myself drawn to come back for their extra dark and rich gumbo. More

Poorly prepared seafood - bland! More of a tourist trap; go to Mike Anderson's for great seafood or Ralp & Kacoo's. More

For the prices they charge, even if we didn't leave the restaurant raving about how good the food was, we should have been able to leave not saying how BAD the food was. Oysters on 1/2 shell were not up to usual standards. Fried oysters and shrimp were good. Judging from the crowd at 1230, lunch business is still good, More

The food is very much OVER PRICED, the entrees don't even come with a salad, which I might add, that most resturants DO include. Everyone in my family was disappointed. The portions wern't even close to what I was paying for it. I could have gone fishing all day somewhere & paid for bait and cost less than what I... More
