Let me list what's wrong. Teen-aged female server wiped dirty hands on shirt, then continued preparing order; she took so long, the shake melted; she was yelled at by manager who told her she'd better bet busy waiting on people (there were about 6 others waiting in line); the food was cold (shake was warm though) by the time we...
