There is little wait between ordering and eating, which is what most people on lunchbreak look for. The service has been great and the place is always busy. Toot's is a small chain of 5 restaurants in KY, TN, & OH. They're basically a tamer, kid-friendly version of Hooters. Wings are excellent, their fried pickle chips are about the best fried thing ever (and I think just about everything fried is tasty). Food is decent. Wings are good. They have oysters & fried pickles. Their peel & eat shrimp are tiny. Kind of like Hooters but not as good. Great place to get cold beer & oysters & wings & watch a game! More
