We love Cafe Mannna Java! Especially their pizza - although their sandwiches are very good too! Located in the old Rosheks Building in downtown Dubuque, makes it even more fun to visit. The service is very good.

My wife and I went to Cafe Manna Java for our anniversary and enjoyed the service and the atmosphere. Lisa was our waitress and she was very attentive and friendly. Love their pizza and salads. Wish I could eat here more often. When I do get here, I never share my pizza. If I can't eat it all, leftovers are wonderful.
