This is one of the funkiest places in town. The atmosphere is eclectic and wonderful. The folks who work here are amazing and you always recieve good service. The food is different but not so far off the wall you won't try it. I love the chicken with peanut sauce or try the cookies they make fresh. Yum!
This place has a great variety of food and something for everyone, including those with special needs. We were at lunch with a group in a separate room and service was a bit slow, but the food more than made up for it. Would like to go back in the evening when they have music.
We lucked out finding this place before a concert at the Civic Center. The location is perfect for event-goers, and the menu is very fresh and unique. Actually, they use a chalkboard to erase and add items during the day, proving the freshness of their food. The eating area is very open, and the noise level is a good energy...

One of my favorite places for lunch. Different type dishes than the normal lunch joints, and always stuff to look at. Just has a really good vibe.
This place has a very interesting mix of people. The food is amazing. They even had a desert for my gluten free friend. Our server was a little preoccupied with a group of her friends that was there. But the live music, overall environment, and taste of food was excellent.
They were over run, so service was extra bad, the pot roast tasted like it came from a frozen bag, the chicken tostadas were eh, chicken wasn't seasoned at all, tasted like it was boiled with some cheese on it, the chicken sandwich was ok, but 9.00 for a smallish sandwich and a bag of chips seems steep, Brazilian salad...

Stopped in for lunch on a road trip from Indiana to Iowa. Salmon BLT sounded interesting and was very good. Hubby had a delicious barbecue sandwich. Only one server who was busting her butt and doing a good job of keeping everyone happy... Think she might need some roller skates! Nice stop on a long trip.
Eclectic place with good service, reasonable prices and a friendly staff. Near the riverfront. Overall great experience.
Too bad they were just overrun the night I was there with looong waits. But the menu was creative and those who were served said it was very good. Good live music. Really a small spot with homemade food for veggie and meat eaters. I want to try again on a more normal night.
