Everyone loves when we visit PF Chang. The food can tend to be a little bland but that is why they keep sauces on the table. Always tastes fresh and is reasonable.
Hands down the worst costumer service experience I ever had. We encountered rude indifferent hostess that did not seem interested in us or how much we have to wait. Equally useless manager. We waited for an extra 20 minutes despite having a reservation and finally decided to leave! Will never go back to this restaurant again.
We have not been to Changs in several years, but the couple we were out with wanted to go, and we are glad they did. My wife had the Sweet and Sour Chicken and the flavors were excellent. She usually does not finish an entree when we go to an Asian Restaurant, but she did tonight, because it was so... More
Went for dinner to try their "new summer" menu. They didn't have the wine my wife ordered or an ingredient to make my cocktail. For some reason the manager convinced us to try 2 different drinks. Not a lot of great Chinese restaurants in the northern suburbs and obviously this isn't one of them.
We've eaten outside on the open air terrace twice this summer. The 4 course menu for 2 for $39.95 is great value and includes a good variety of dishes to choose from. We've always had good service and it's a great place for relaxed summer outdoor dining.
We went to celebrate my son's birthday. This has always been our "go to" for Chinese food, but not any more. First of all, the drinks are horribly overpriced. If I pay $9 for a margarita, I expect it to be spectacular, this was not. The service was horrible. We could never find our server when we needed her and... More
PF's used to be better. The taste is still good. The price is not too bad. The service was good. Now the bad news - black object in lettuce wraps that looked like a bug. ( I think is was a bug but others at the table weren't so sure - denial? So let's agree it was black, non-lettuce and... More
Great location. Need to call first to reserve if don't want to wait. Nice food quality. Great service. Recommend for family small parties and lunches.
My dinner with friends here was very disappointing. I ordered the a vegetarian dish with tofu. The menu said it was steamed. The veggies were raw and the tofu was strange looking and tasteless. Other dishes that came out were below the quality of many neighboring restaurants and carry outs. Service was just OK, but when I entered, no hostess... More
Following Navy boot camp graduation on April 12, 2013, our sailor, another sailor and her family and a sailor buddy all went to PF Changes for dinner. The quality of service and quality of food will not dissapoint. The staff took great care of the entire party. Only a 20 min drive from Great Lakes Navy Base, you cannot go... More
