I had never had such great food as Psistaria Resteraunt. When you taste a piece of their food it's like a slice of Greece. This is the new hotspot in lincolnwood.

Multiple bad experiences. They play favorites when it comes to seating and food. It's not first come, first serve! Very disappointing to constantly see people who come in after you seated before you. Also, was told they were out of a dish and seen 2 other tables served the dish they were supposed to be out of after I had...

We went to Psistaria last night with friends. It was a Saturday night, we met at 6:30 and had to wait about 15 minutes. The place was packed with a great deal of hussel and bussel. Once seated we were quickly attended to, getting our drink order, then appitizers, and dinner order. The place is fairly loud, pretty packed, with...

My office either orders from or goes to this restaurant at least once a week. Of the several different menu items I have, I have never been disappointed. The food is fresh, authentic and delicious. The service is also quick, efficient, and friendly. We love this place, and you will too!
Couldn't believe it was packed on a Thursday night. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food is unquestionably the best Greek in the country. Bass cooked perfectly. Vegetables had lots of flavor. Will return again and again!
This restaurant has one of the top Greek chefs in the US. I am originally from Greece and I have travelled there numerous times , eating in many exceptional restaurants on the main land and Greek Islands. Psistaria is offering the same excellent food and service right here in the Chicago area. Very well done gentlemen!!!!!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the food here. I am Greek so I know from where I speak! The fried zucchini (kolokythakia) with garlic dip (skordalia) - the best! The grilled octopus - tender and delicious! Order the Bougatsa for dessert and you'll flip! But the lamp chops (Paithakia) are the best I've ever had in...

From what I've gathered, there are now new owners at Psistaria. It had been a very long time since we were last here, but friends invited us out last month and we went again last week.
I couldn't be happier!
Saganaki and fried calamari, probably the very best fried calamari I've ever had. We had the lemon artichoke lamb and...

Close to the highway, Easy to get to. Very good prices and some of the tastiest Greek food outside of Greek Town. Friendly greeting at the door after valet parking (or drive around the back yourself). Very attentive waiter, small bar, clean restrooms. Recommeded.
Once again our experience at Psistaria was quite enjoyable. My wife and I chose the lamb, hers barbeques, mine roasted loanloin. My daughter selected the roasted Greek Chicken, it requires 25 minutes, but who cars when you start with a fresh crisp Greek Salad and appetizers of grilled octopus and chilled beets with skorthalia, Greek garlic spread. Two types of...
