The menu is creative and ecclectic at the same time. The food is second to none. The menu and specials are always changing to keep things interesting. The steak sandwich is to die for. The grilled cheese is not like your mama made.

We go for all meals but breakfast and dessert is my favorite. I believe my wife and child like lunch/dinner the best. You really can't go wrong with this place. Order anything and you will likely enjoy it. There numerous food allergy options as well.
Had breakfast here this morning, and it was ok I guess. I had their "Almond Joy Latte" which was fantastic. I don't usually order fancy espresso drinks but I'm glad I did and will definitely be back for another cup. Their baked goods are also really good (my mom loved the blueberry muffin).
For breakfast, I had the pancakes with...

I lived in Glen Ellyn for a year just over two blocks from Honey. It was fantastic to be so close and I ended up eating there about once a week or once every other week. They serve as much local and organic as they can and offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free items.
The cafe itself is located in...

After reading so many great reviews, I seriously was expecting more from this place and was disappointed. I live out in Chicago and was visiting my parents and decided to take them out to brunch at 1pm two Sundays ago. Place isn't even half full. I don't know how many servers looked at us walked past us and said they...

It sits on a corner and provides a natural inviting space with fresh vegetables and seasonal fruit, light and yummy pastries and intriguing and delicious menu items--unexpected combinations and playful presentation. Vegan and gluten free menu, also. Step out...

This was my first visit to Honey Cafe. I was wandering around nearby shops and an owner of one said she went to Honey Cafe every single day for lunch. She recommended everything on the menu but said she's never gotten the grilled cheese sandwich because grilled cheese is boring. Well, Honey Cafe's "Not Just Grilled Cheese Sandwich" is anything...

Fresh sustainable interesting young new cuisine menu with comfort food. We all enjoyed the lunch. Mac and cheese is really good, huge pot pies, great cupcakes and cookies.
Great service, great fresh brewed iced tea. Then, the cupcake...OH MY GOODNESS!!! Salted caramel cupcake was the best I've ever tasted ANYWHERE. it was decadent. Not just good, heaven. Everything a cupcake should be. And fresh. Made with care. Cute area with lots of other neat shops downtown as well.
While staying in the western suburbs we went looking for a breakfast joint that would accomodate our gluten free companion, and we found Honey.
Located in a super cute and walkable downtown, Honey looked to be a great option as they not only offered a restaurant, but also baked good and coffee for a grab and go option on your...
