Went with a friend who has celiac disease, she is so sensitive to gluten we barely ever eat out. Nearly every item on the menu can be made gluten free, so that was amazing in itself. Our wonderful server brought over special gluten free bread she explained was made in a separate oven, away from the regular bread and my... More

Loved love love the food! First time at the restaurant, loved the server Bre'Ana. Food was fantastic; the mac & cheese gluten free or not is a MUST TRY! What a hidden gem Glen Prairie is! Stuffed GF mushrooms were so delicious! Short rids;flat iron steak and fish were some of the entrees we ordered. Everything was fresh; veggies were... More

An outrageously good for the place the suburbs - take your pick, breakfast, brunch or dinner. The food is great and has excellent service. Hard to believe that this place it attached to a Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza....you wouldn't expect it so don't be put off. For brunch I go for the Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict - it's great. If... More

Not only does this restaurant serve fresh, wholesome foods but their gluten free menu provides multiple options for dietary needs. The roasted beet salad with goat cheese, spring greens & a light vinaigrette was fresh & flavorful. The beets were sweet, which complemented the goat cheese. My main entree was the evening special comprising of duck breast over grits (I sub’d... More

The food was reasonably good. Small portions for the price. Well prepared. Local craft beers were good. HAD TROUBLE HEARING PEOPLE RIGHT NEXT TO ME! Seriously. There were a few people talking in the room, but the acoustics were so bad I had to keep asking my dinner guest to repeat themselves. It was so bad at one point we... More

This is a wonderful restaurant, newly redesigned, with a reasonably priced menu. Believe it or not, its Mac and Cheese (with wine of course) is an awesome meal that has even been featured on some of the Chicago restaurant shows. We love this place. If you go midweek, it is quiet and extremely welcoming. GB

This is probably one of the best restaurants in the area! They have a great variety of fresh food at a fair price. There are so many options for people that are gluten sensitive. The macaroni and cheese is not to be missed.

Their floors are not covered and the nose level from even small groups is very high. Breakfast buffet is OK, but not great.

My husband and I treated my brother and sister in law to dinner last night at Glen Prairie for their birthdays and it was wonderful !! We had never been there before, but the restaurant was featured on a TV program recently and looked so inviting, we just had to try it. Our server, Emily, was delightful. She timed the... More

I have eaten at the best places in Chicago. James Beard, Michelin Star winning places and Glen Prarie has recently become my go to. Truely world class food time and time again. Clean, modern appearance and some of the most knowledgable servers ive ever had. 5* Heavily suggest
