They touted all the local sourcing of foods which we appreciated, but my duck dish had way too much sugar in the sauce and the sweet mashed potatoes. Really masked both elements. Nice quiet restaurant in downtown Galena IL with a unique menu of local items. Great mojitos, knowledgeable wait staff. Have been there 2x now, and nice experiences both times (lunch time).

We recently dined at One Eleven Main, a restaurant that stresses local produce, etc. it was great! The greens were locally produced and very tasty. We dined on beef stroganoff and a bacon mushroom gnocchi. Both were excellently prepared and quite tasty. The portion sizes for both were gigantic and provided with a great lunch the following day.

The chicken salad sandwich would be much better with a different bread choice. The fresh bread & butter served at the table was delicious. I also had a piece of flourless chocolate cake and it was wonderful. The service was great.
