I have been coming to this Sushi Station since it opened a couple of years ago. The service is great from the moment you are greeted at the door until you are thanked at the door upon leaving. The setup is great and it is nice to see the sushi wind its way around the conveyor belt. The menus and... More

At this restaurant the sushi comes around on a covered (refrigerated) conveyer belt. Everything on the conveyer belt is priced according to the color plate it is on. At the end, the wait staff will count up how many plates you have of each color, and that's your bill. You can also order things off the menu, sushi or hot... More

That's right, I do not eat raw fish or even anything with seaweed on it (hate the fishy taste). But guess what? This is one of my favorite dining places because they do have seared fish over rice (no seaweed); cooked shrimp/crabmeat, and even cooked tempura rolls, etc. Plus I love their fried shumai and there are lots of other... The conveyor belt that travels the sushi around the restaurant makes this a fun place to go to for sushi. The sushi is average. I've had better and I've had worse. Since the plates are color coded the better sushi is on the more expensive plates. It's really easy to walk out of there paying a large bill because it's... More

I really was not expecting the sushi here to be that good. I ordered some takeout on my way to a friends house. The ordering was easy - great online printable menu. The staff was friendly. I didn't have to wait for my order. The food was yummy and three rolls and a salad cost me less than $20. Nice!... More

This restaurant is very clean and nice. Sushi plates are covered and fresh. Since there is no rotating sushi counter restaurant in Ohio, I always go there whenever I visit Chicago. Prices are clearly marked and you can choose what you like to eat. I always recommend this restaurant to my friends who visit Chicago area.

Driving by and decided to stop in one afternoon after hearing about the concept several months back on Check Please. This location is newer and is fairly large. There are a few tables for larger groups with the rest being counter stations throughout. The whole place is clean and staff was very friendly. It was not super busy and the kitchen... More

We jumped off of I90 for lunch, and picked the Sushi Station. It is quite large, and decorated in a kind of Japanese industrial look. The key feature is the sushi conveyor belt, which is a popular concept in Japan. We were after 1 PM, and frankly thought that the sushi in the little boxes on teh belt looked a... More

Had a "date night" at Sushi Station. We had never been to this style of restaurant before. The food was good and since there are only 2 - 4 pieces of sushi on each plate, we took the opportunity to try some new rolls that we probably wouldn't have tried before and we were very pleased! We went on a... More

Good selection and usually fresh. I love that you can see your options! Of course this is not five star sushi, but it good and can be quick!
