Apps were great, decent drink selection. Staff could have had more personality but that could be anywhere. We'd go back if it was convenient but wouldn't go back there just to go. Good, run of the mill English-style pub..............

Visited for lunch. Fish and chips were excellent!!! Service was incredibly prompt and helpful. I came in at about 11:50 and ordered immediately. The entree might have taken five minutes to arrive, certainly less than ten. Very nice experience. Comfortable, pub-like environment.

We stopped in for breakfast, as we were staying at Club Quarters. The service was prompt and friendly (kept our coffee full). The food was pretty tasty and reasonably priced. I had the British breakfast that was a large portion of food. The price was reasonable for the area. It was a nice option for people staying at the hotel.

Great food! We ate two meals here and returned for coffee and dessert twice in four days! Given the competition for great food and restaurants in Chicago, this is high praise. The coffee is the best we've ever had (D&E).

nicely decorated as a real pub, you can sit on the bar or get a table. my colleague and i just landed fron a 20 hours trip from Tel Aviv and it was right by the entrance to our hotel so we grabbed a table. it was noon in Chicago (late evening for us) we had fried calamari (too much... More

The food is quite good, and they have very reasonably priced daily specials. The service was friendly and prompt. This is pub food, not vegan organic health food, but the ingredients were fresh, well made, and the salad could have been served at a place with a health food orientation. Prices were very reasonable. I would go again.

This is a chain restaurant with an English Pub theme. It's reasonably priced and food is pretty good - not mind blowing - but good. I suggests the beef and mushroom pie. Service was really good and menu has a number of foods to choose from.

As an English person living in the US, I was delighted to come across this place. Although sceptical at first (Americans' perceptions of British culture aren't always accurate!) I was blown away by the food there. We even went back the next night. The Shepherd's Pie was the best I've ever had (sorry Gran!)!

This is a delightful venue to enjoy an ale (not necessarily a quiet one as the place is very popular) or a pub meal, or both. It is located in the heart of the banking and business district of Chicago on W Adams St. Designed along the lines of a traditional English pub it serves a large range of local... More

Standard pub fare with a great selection of beers and a nice atmosphere. We had lunch, which was quite good, but the service was very special. Our waitress was efficient and very friendly and seemed to enjoy her work.
