We started out with the complimentary salsa and chips and it also included bean dip- all delicious. We had the lunch size fajitas and ground beef tostadas and lots of food for sure- could never eat the full size! I would not recommend the cheese enchiladas - very tasteless. No complaints about the service- waiter very attentive.

Came here for lunch with coworkers. Warm chips almost did us in - the salsa is very good, and the bean dip was tasty. The half-order of chili verde was plenty of food, and was very flavorful. Service was prompt and attentive. My coworkers were similarly pleased with their steak fajita, chicken burrito and camarones diabolo.

Their service can be slow to get to you during prime time. Their food is above average for Mexican, definitely the best in the area. Compared to other restaurants, their atmosphere and service is lacking.

Started off with chips, homemeadde salsa and terrific bean dip. I would sggest this restaurant o anyone. There are two in Idaho Falls. This was #2. So good, I saved 1/2 and having the rest for dinner tonight.

We visited Jalisco's based on its tripadvisor rating, and the rating was right on! The service was excellent, and the food was also very good. We loved the salsa! We visited around 5pm on a Thursday, and it was not that busy. We'd definitely visit again when we're in town.
