El Jimador has an extensive Mexican menu. Our server and the kitchen were very accommodating to special menu requests. The salsa was fresh and tasty and our main dishes were well-prepared and tasty. The restaurant is near North Georgia University and downtown Dahlonega.

The service and food is always fantastic at this Mexican Restaurant. I feel they are above average for downtown Dahlonega!

Although convenient to the square and college , skip it if you are looking for good food and a good margarita . This place is mediocre at best. If you want chips and salsa and a coke fine. But eat in others places in dahlonega

The food was good - not great. The service was ok. It would have been nice if the staff had a place to go to gossip instead of sitting in the booth next to us.

Just isn't the same?????? Didn't taste very good at all. It was a surprise.
