Last three times I've went there for lunch they've had a sign up on the drive-thru saying sorry closed so they're closed down permanently now and if not well they need to be never open and the food is gone way downhill

Terrible service. I get it. It’s a Krystals, but just caring is a simple thing. Not only did these guys close the dining room 2 hours early, they took 40 minutes to make 12 burgers. Just idiots.
Typically, when I am looking for a hearty hamburger or hot dog I would not usually choose Krystal. Yet, one day I thought, "Why Not." Boy was I glad I did. I was extremely pleased with the food I received and the price was more...than fair. If you are looking for a unique dining experience at a great price. Give Krystal a try.More
It's all about staffing and this one definitely has challenges. I understand that fast food places have a lot of youth but ones that are respectful and polite would be great.
If you are visiting Krystal you aren't looking for a gourmet experience. Don't look for a staff that cares too much but it is a typical Krystal burger.
Fresh anf tasty food. Had to wait on wings to cook to order, but was well worth the wait. Friendly employees and clean surroundings
If you're a fan of White Castle... this is as close at it gets. Burgers are good - fries are okay. McD's fries rank #1 though. Shakes are awesome, but rather small. Make sure you specify whether or not you want the whip cream on...top though.More
This was one of the better Krystal's I have been to. Very friendly and clean. Fast service, got it right the first time. Excellent!
We stopped by for lunch on our way to Atlanta. My chiks came out raw in the middle. The cashier Tykesha was very apologetic and corrected the issue. I was still very skeptical of the new food. It took a good 20 mins to get...to us and there were only 5 other people in the restaurant. We will avoid this place in the future. Very unorganized and slow...every customer that came in got the wrong order. I only get Krystal ' s once a year when in the south. I'm very disappointed.More
I was very excited to visit this Krystal early one morning before a conference. I was drooling in anticipation of a couple of doubles - and free wi-fi!! I ordered 2 double Krystals - no cheese - and was told it would take 8 minutes....That was fine-worth the wait - or so I thought. They were delivered to my table. I ate one as I worked and it was perfect. I began to eat the 2nd one and when I was about 1/3rd of the way through it I saw a yellow bread-bag tie - IN MY SANDWICH!! I took it to the counter. There had been a shift change since I had originally ordered. This counter person(young woman) was none too friendly, most UNreceptive to my return even thought there was clearly a yellow bread-bag tie in it. She took the sandwich and said she would bring another. Within 1 minute (not 8 as in the previous order) she appeared with a double Krystal - with cheese!. I told her I did not want cheese. She flippantly said - not really asking, more like stating (again, she was most inconvenienced) "Oh, you're allergic to cheese?" I (even though I did not owe her an explanation-I simply wanted a replacement sandwich like the original sans bread-bag tie). "No, I do not like American cheese." Again within one minute she appeared with a double Krystal-no cheese this time. I opened it and tried to eat it. The bread was soaking wet. It looked as thought it had been dunked in water or covered and over-steamed-perhaps in an attempt to reheat. My appetite immediatly vanished. I returned to the counter, showed it to the same most unhappy counter staff young woman, asked for a refund, received the refund for 1 sandwich, and left. To this day I cannot see a Krystal logo without feeling a bit nauseous. I contacted Krystal corporate via email. During the day (while I was in a meeting) I received a call regarding my experience. The caller's - female - tone was unfriendly and irritated. I did not return her call. I have eaten Krystal for decades and this experience is an anomaly for Krystal in general; as for the Krystal in Conyers-eater beware. It will be some time before I will be able to even consider eating at ANY Krystal.More
The value of a Krystal breakfast in my opinion is unbeatable in Conyers. Two eggs cooked to order, grit, sausage or bacon and toast. And you can normally get in and out quick. Sit down and relax it never crowded.
