An imitation French bistro with ok sandwiches for lunch if that is what you want. Nothing special to write home about.
Went with a friend last week. The food was excellent, as was the service. Very friendly. Looking forward to going back!
Having had the goat cheese soufflé in pastry puff once, I was addicted. I had to return for another sampling. If you like goat cheese even the tiniest bit, you will love this dish—a buttery toasted fluff of goat cheese in a light puff pastry. It's served with mixed greens and the house vinaigrette--an oil-based dressing that, for some reason,... More
My husband and I love dining at Le Petit Bistro! Owner, Eric, and his wife are warm and welcoming and the food is consistantly delicious. Last night my husband ordered the flounder special, which was delicious. I ordered my favorite Pork Medallions Marco Polo; the black pepper and Cognac sauce is amazing! We always feel like we've enjoyed a quick... More
It was not the server's fault, the kitchen was super slow. The poor girl filled our glasses 4 or 5 times before our food was served. I had a veggie pannini with nearly nothing on it. We won't be going back. Too bad, the place is attractive.

Our waiter was Doug and he was very attentive and professional. We each ordered a different entree (one chicken, one fish, one beef) and they were all excellent. The... More
My mom and I were one of two tables occupied in this charming restaurant. Venice is in low season right now so we are taking advantage of it and going to the restaurants we can't get into during season. The owners are wonderful and the food is incredible. We had the homemade country pate for our appetizer and I had... More
We had a wonderful evening dining out tonight! We are so very grateful to the Chef and the excellent service we received from our waiter. The food was sensational! Fine dining at it's best. After tasting , I can only tell you each and every bite was exploding with delicate flavors that savored our taste buds beyond belief! Thank you... More
Dining in Le Petit Bistrot is like taking a quick trip to France. Sitting by the window and dining on one of their puff pastry entrees and sipping a glass of fine wine is like being transported across the Atlantic. In typical French fashion the food on your plate is the main event. Whether feasting on a small souffle (and... More
