Sanibel Grill was a great late night option for dinner, as we had spent more time on the beaches than we expected! It is a sports bar and grill, but so much more.

This is definitely a place to go while on Sanibel! There is casual dining, fine dining and a seafood market for fresh seafood to take back to your condo. The bar is a lively and active place with a very friendly atmosphere. Food was delicious and the bartenders are great - and generous! We always uy our fresh shrimp and... More

We ate here twice during our vacation. This restaurant is our favorite in Sanibel. The food is tasty and the portions are huge. Our family had the grouper, shrimp, ribs, pizza and everything was really good. This is the place to go for consistently good food.

No clear signs separating the two restaurants. Timbers and the Sanibel Grille. We didn't realize until we were seated that we were not in Timbers but in the Sanibel Grille. We said were here now lets try it. The food was very disappointing. The steak was over cooked and the mashed potatoes lumpy and inedible. We sent it back. Will... More

Always our go to place especially on Lobster Night. A great variety of food, we've never been disappointed with the food or service.

The Sanibel Grill and The Timbers Fish Market are at the same address. The Sanibel Grill is more of a sports bar but the food is the same (almost) as The Timbers. We each got a cup of their wonderful hot clam chowder and each had a crunchy grouper sandwich. Plentiful and delicious. Can get crowded and a bit noisy,... More

Nice atmosphere and over a dozen televisions with various sporting events. Huge wraparound bar and high tops or booths available. Buffalo chicken lips are amazing. Chips came with a tasty chunky fresh salsa.

I had the peel and eat shrimps and the Grouper bites basket, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, my wife had a steak which she wasn't impressed with. French fries were slightly softer than the tooth picks. Great atmosphere.

This was just one of many visits to the Sanibel Grill. Great sports bar that's open late. When in doubt we go to the Grill. Manhattan chowder is delish and very hard to find in Florida.

The Sanibel Grill is a sports bar attached to the more formal restaurant 'the timbers'. It is a lively place and has a number of very experienced bar staff who take pride in making everyone at home. TVs at overhead level show all the live sport while you can order a snack or full meal with your drink. Audrey, Bobby,... More
