Very touristy and over priced for the quality. We ordered grilled oysters, shrimp po boy and fries. The oysters were tasty but the po boy was white bread with shrimp sprinkled inside - no sauce or frills and it was priced higher than it should have been. Fries were an extra fee and were very bland and tasteless. Not to... More

Everyone really enjoyed the chargrilled oysters, they were hot and tasty, I didn't really care for my entree, it was a sampler of red beans and rice, jambalaya, sausage, and shrimp gumbo. The only thing I enjoyed was the sausage and the jambalaya.

My husband and I got the Captain platter. It came with fried oysters, stuffed crabs, fried crawfish, fried shrimp, fried catfish, hush puppies, and sweet potato fries. The fried oysters were AWESOME. They were well seasoned and fresh. I didn't care for the stuffed crab but my husband liked them. The fried crawfish and shrimp were just okay. We didn't... More

The beer is only in bottles. The server was very nice & fast. The raw oysters were tasty--not huge. My husband liked his oyster & shrimp po'boy. I got a sampler of cajun food, jambalaya, red beans & rice, and gumbo and the only one that was good was the jambalaya. The sausage that came with it was greasy and... More

In an exclusive resort area such as Baytowne Wharf, this is not a sit down and eat restaurant. Not very clean and crowded seating. Being a retired chef from NOLA I may have higher expectations........but if you carry the name ACME, you had better bring your A game. Their gumbo wasn't from "down da bayou", but the raw oysters were... More

There's nothing especially notable about this dining experience. They draw good crowds at this tourist location of Baytowne Villiage. The "Po Boy" shrimp and oyster sandwiches are okay. The Abita Beer makes a nice beverage to accompany it all.

The food is great and a must if you are in the Village. Sit at the bar and the cooks will hook you up with free oysters every now and then as they prepare them.

Server was friendly and attentive, the food was tasty, came quickly and was a great price! We were out shopping and wanted a nice lunch away from the normal sandwich and they did not disappoint!

Great atmosphere with tv's to watch and casual dining. But the floors and tabletops were nasty. My 9 year old was so grossed out by the leftover food and debris on the floor he lost his appetite and refused to eat his food as a result. My husband and I split the platter for two, but with everything fried and... More

Good Southern seafood. Get the charbroiled oysters. Great bloody Mary's. located back bay. Great people watching location. Seating was adequate.
