we always come here when in St. Augustine. They super freeze the popsicles too so they don't melt as fast as you might expect. This trip we tried Peachy Peach, Blueberry Cinnamon (favorite), Honey Honeydoo, the Elvis, etc! get a punch card and buy 8 get one free! $3.50 isn't cheap but okeydoke when on vacay. found another branch of... We enjoyed finding the Hyppo on a really hot day!! We loved the strawberry basil (lots of basil!) and the chocolate dipped plum sangria!! Yum!! $3.50 a bar is a bit steep plus $1.00 to be choc dipped.....but when you are on holiday, it can be excused. If I was a local though, I would not go all the time... More

I had the avocado/coconut popsicle. Wow! Not too sweet but both flavors definitely were present. A great creamy texture. I don't know if it was because of the avocado or if all of their popsicles are that creamy. I could have eaten several of those delicious treats. I'm glad to see they offer shipping. The two staff members working the... More

When we stayed the weekend, we tried to have all the flavors. During the day, it's very refreshing, and on our way to dinner, its a treat too! Tried the Strawberry basil, reisling pear, coconut, berry cream, mamey, key lime, and a bunch of other ones. The best were the Strawberry basil and Reisling Pear. The guys that work there... More

We had Key Lime and Blueberry Pineapple popsicles. Just creamy and delicious. Such a cool choice of flavors. Save dessert for this place.

Great quick cool treat to eat while walking st George. $3.50 was a little steep for a small Popsicle but it is cheaper than any other snack you'll fine on st George. Ordered the Elvis, which was peanut butter, banana, and honey. Ordered strawberry and also blueberry cinnamon. All flavors we had were good.

The Hyppo is a place we asked ourselves, "As much as we come to St. Augustine, why haven't we been here before?" We won't be asking that anymore! We'll replace our visit to any ice cream shop with a visit to They Hyppo!! It's off the main path. The whole concept is original & interesting. The atmosphere is laid back... More

Delicious but unusual flavors of Popsicle at the hyppo. I had the Mexican hot chocolate (spicy!!) and my boyfriend had the strawberry basil (refreshing!). I'm not sure if children would enjoy all the different flavors, but we did!

Hypos frozen popsicles for dessert after a great lunch, our first trip to Hypos and our intentional stop based on Trip Advisor reports. We loved it. Very small but 3 or 4 tables available. Probably 20 flavors of popsicles, all made from ingredients. For 2 of us we had the Elvis special (banana & peanut butter) and Mamay (pronounced ma... More

The Hyppo is a small corner shop that does one thing and does it well; gourmet popsicles. These aren't your average 'cherry, orange, grape' fruit pops but instead really unique flavors. Last time I had the pineapple cilantro and before that it was something crazy with honey in it. The popsicles are delicious if a little expensive. You have the... More
