Had a great dinner at Norman's. Was by myself so I ate at teh bar area while watching the basketballgame on the tv above. The bartender was attentive and the food was fantastic. Great drinks also. Great wine lost.

We recently dined at the Bull & Bear at the Waldorf Astoria, and I rated them highly. I know regret that. The service here at Normans was twice as good and the food was superior. The Ritz Carlton is way more fancy, as is Normans decor. If looking for an elegant dining experience. I would choose Normans again.

Had heard great things about this restaurant. Went with a business group. The menu items were interesting (e.g., conch chowder), but the preparation and tastes didn't match. Ordered the snapper, but pretty sure I got the halibut ... no waiter around to complain to. The service was friendly, but extremely slow.

Overall excellence in all aspects with service, meal and wine. Salad was average. The spiced rubbed ribeye looked and tasted more like a filet, however it was perfect. The seasoning, for those who enjoy spice and some heat is a top choice. Fish and chicken dishes were above average. A selection of desserts were plated for each guest at our... More

We celebrated our anniversary and made a great choice with Norman's. We were made to feel special from the moment we walked in. The hostess wished us a Happy Anniversary, and once seated, our server greeted us with glasses of champagne. The service here is top notch - very professional, and appropriately attentive - exactly what you would expect in... More

The tasting menu was great and reasonable. The regular menu is expensive, but food was very good. Atmosphere average.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here, the fourth time we have eaten at Norman's. We had the tasting menu and the wine pairing. The service was superb. Our waiter knew the food, the ingredients, and the wine. The menu was customized with our names on it. The tasting menu was wonderful. Each course brought surprise flavors and ingredients... More

Chef Norman made a name for himself with his restaurant that was in Coral Gables Fl for many years. I ate there several times and always enjoyed it. His restaurant in the Ritz has evolved, but his style of mixing Latin American and American food is what makes him different than most chefs. The restaurant is very elegant. You sit... More

The food was wonderful and fresh. My wife and I were not particularly hungery, but we wanted to try it while we stayed. It was wonderful. They even alowed us to split the food which can be difficult in these high end restaurants. They did it with a smile and it was great.

I bit pricy, but well worth the cost. I loved the menu, and couldn't resist the Mongolian Veal Chop. Outstanding! Great wine list and unbelievable servive. If you are in the area and want a first rate dinner, go!
