I always look forward to dining here. There are no pretentions here. Solid Cuban and Mexican food with a few other assorted Latin dishes. Service is always fast and very charming. The atmosphere is pleasing with Latin music at just a high enough volume to allow comfortable conversation.

I came here with my family and we loved everything. The food, the attention, the atmosphere. I had the grilled chicken steak and it was cooked perfectly. It is very rare when I get a steak so well cooked somewhere. I was very happy with my experience. :) I would recommend it to anyone in South Florida. Skip the big... More

We ate lunch here on Sunday and really enjoyed it. They offer daily specials. I ordered the luncheon special chicken breast with fried onions, and it came with rice and black beans. For $7.99, it's an exceptional value. My friends ordered tacos (more Mexican) and the cooked pork. Everyone was happy. For $2.59, we started with a side of guacamole... More

I have for the past two years enjoyed eating or taking food home from this fine restaurant. Whether you get the weekly "cantina" (ready to take home meals set for daily pickup) or sitting down with family and friends this place is it. The pork, chicken and beef is properly seasoned, and as a second-generation Cuban American I can tell... More

Loved it. We arrived hungry and immediately ordered Empanadas. The waitperson brought them quickly along with a cold margarita . The empanadas were huge, hot, and delicious. Both of us had their Bistecca de Palomilla Empanizado(breaded steak) that came with rice, black beans and sweet plantains. This was one of our best meals in the area. The wait staff could... More

This place is a find. Great food on a budget. Fantastic Oxtail or Cuban Chicken. Fantastic Rice and beans. homestyle. It doesn't get any homier than this. The chips and salsa keep coming. Not a place for upscale dining but it is always a home run with anyone I have brought there. A mom and pop Cuban place at great... More

The food is always great and our favorite server Jackie provides excellent service. Family run, Mommie is the hostess and her sons Robert, Nelson and Raul are always friendly and stop by to check on everything. We have gone with a big group, other couples or just the two of us, everyone leaves happy.

We were looking for Cuban cuisine, all seem to be combined with Mexican restaurants these days. We tried Fuego Latino (Latin Fire). The lunch menu had regular daily dishes and special dishes for that day only.Several were trying the oxtail; which had a nice portion. I had the chicken and rice Wednesday special. It was very good and the black... More
