Mel's Diner is our local Florida friend. Coming from NY we miss "real" diners but are good that Mel's is here in town. Menu is VERY large. There is something for everyone. Breakfast all day, great salads and sandwiches, homemade chicken noodle soup and great ribs.

Loved the old timey experience and so did my kids! The food was average but the service was excellent! There shakes and malts really were delicious and a great thing to have in 90 degree weather. My boys seemed to like their hotdogs but I chomped down that hamburger! Definitely will be going again!

My family eats here so much at least once or more a month.. This is like food your mom makes.. The 50's atmosphere is wonderful and take you back to cruising on Friday nights.. The milk shakes will keep the teenagers off the phone and they may even talk to you.

Clean restaurant and welcoming staff. Tons of choices and lots for your money. The desserts are to die for and don t forget to have a chocolate shake. Air conditioner is on and lots to look at. Has a true local following.

We stopped off at Mel's Diner on the off chance when passing and found the experience to be surprisingly good. We asked for adaptions to the published menu due to food intolerances and were given what we wanted without fuss or any problems. The food was very good and plentiful. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

This is most definitely not the height of sophisticated dining but nevertheless it certainly deserves a visit. No reservations are taken so you may have a short wait for a table. The staff are attentive and friendly and their rapport with their customers suggests that many are locals or visitors making return visits - either way a very good sign.... More

This is a senior citizen haven during peak season. Amazing menu filled with all of the home cooked favorites. Plan on a short wait most evenings of only 15-20 minutes. Well worth it. Probably not the cleanest place in Naples but definitely the most tasty food and they serve beer and wine.

This place reminds me of an old Big Boy's or Denny's. The food is average but plentiful, and the staff pleasant enough. Nothing to write home about, but not bad either.

I lived in Bonita Springs about 10 years ago. I was visiting the Naples, Bonita Springs area last week and couldn't wait to go to Mel's for the mile high pie.
