Love Greek and middle eastern food but nothing here was really authentic. Tried a couple of entrees but none of them had that flavor I was raving.

Nothing special here, and we love Greek food. We've found much better fare elsewhere in the area since our visit here. We won't be back simply because it just didn't hit the mark with us.
I don't know if the other reviewers had only the Italian food in mind, or simply were not familiar with GOOD Greek food. We placed a take-out order for several items and upon returning home, discovered that 1) the ordered soup was MISSING. 2) the "famous" Greek salad was pitiful, containing all of ONE slice of tomato, ONE olive and...

I liked most of their food. The Greek salads are pretty good. Their pizzas are okay. Don't ask for more bread, as that's frowned upon. But, if I'm in the mood for Italian food alone I would chose Little Joey's nearby for the same price.
My husband and I do not often go to strip mall restaurants but for Takis we make an exception. This is a very clean, visually appealing atmosphere to sit relax and enjoy very tasty greek or italian food. Their greek salads are the very best in the area. The staff are not all that friendly but they are polite and...

Recently relocated to this area from a wonderful restaurant area and was pleasantly surprised with this Italian/Greek restaurant. Our server was friendly and very attentive. We both had Greek combo platters and there was more than enough for a meal. The food was of a very good quality.

They serve an awesome Greek salad and some excellent Italian dishes. The bread there is really awesome, some of the best around.
We went as a group of golfers, ladies, for lunch. I would enjoy it more if it had more atmosphere, that's why I don't care to go at night. The food was good and staff were only slightly friendly.
My wife and I like Greek food and eat it often. While visiting The Villages we stopped at Takis for lunch and were very happy with the sampler platter we were served. It was a generous portion and very tasty.
The mousaka and other truly Greek entres are very good. No real atmosphere and the one in Leesburg is the real deal. Not bad for Rt 441
