We had never ate at this restaurant before and we really enjoyed it - wish we had one back home. Food was excellent, all restaurant staff was friendly and service was excellent. Absolutely no complaints about anything!

Lot of possibilities to choose from. A very friendly and personal service. Great food. Very good menus for children. Very tasty. If you visit Kissimmee, you must go to Perkins.

It was located close to our timeshare and we visited several times. The food and service were both good during breakfast time. We will return again when we visit during our annual trip.

The food was lovely and fresh. The breakfasts are the best there and you can get your desserts to go, best cinnamon bun I've had.
