We don't drink coffee but they are well known for theirs. The breakfast food and smoothies were fantastic, we also got delicious sandwiches there for the day we went fly fishing. You can eat in the small dining area (with cute painted tables, very colorful interior) or take out. Their ham was really tasty.

I was expecting something wonderful from all the reviews....food was ok and coffee was awful.. Not worth the price or the service.

Midway was a fun, little place! I like the funky atmosphere and the staff are nice. I got a latte which was good. I was disappointed in the stuffed croissant, it just wasn't all that great. Everything looked really good in the display case though! A bit expensive but I will be back for some more coffee!

My wife and I ate breakfast at the Midway twice on our recent trip to the Keys. We loved it. That's why we went back for a second time. The breakfast choices are great with many nontraditional choices and reasonable prices. On both occasions we were happy with our meal. It is a quaint, quiet, and a little romantic place.

Walked here each morning of our stay. Delicious, fresh food and coffee. I'm a vegetarian and tried something new each time. Great variety on the menu. Friendly staff. Fun and funky cute atmosphere. Was just my kind of place!

this was a cute little funky breakfast stop for us with great coffee which we also stopped to get some to go for our way back to the airport. you place your order at the window and one of the nice girls brings it to you. Very hippyish so I loved it since I grew up in the 60's.

We happen to be staying really close to this Cafe so it made sense to try it for Breakfast. We weren't disappointed, we got a warm welcome, ordered from the extensive menu and had delivered to our table good food. What's not to like? Special mention for the coffee which was great. We called back later to buy a Key... More

Midway is the best breakfast spot in Islamorada. All of the food is great and made fresh to order. Midway roasts their own coffee as an added bonus. The ordering system may seem a little bizarre, but don't worry--once you order at the counter and sit down your food and drinks will be brought to you very quickly.
