Compared to the original Stumpknockers on the river, the one in town is not nearly as good. Even the cole slaw has a different flavor.

Everything I have ever eaten here has been spot-on. Try it for yourself and see what you have been misssing! I know you will return as I have many times. Service is attentive and prices are budget friendly.

Wished I could have my gator grilled, but I guess the chef knows best how to prepare it. Service is prompt & friendly. The wait staff makes you feel like family. Prices are reasonable for what is on the menu. Good variety. Nice restaurant for families, young & old. The decor is interesting and ecclectic. Would eat here again.

If you like mushrooms you will love the MUSHROOM APPETIZER here. They are the best ever. Had them last night & no one was talking at the table just enjoying the wonderful flavor. Great atmosphere & all you can eat catfish...yum yum.

Great place for seafood. Have a choice but a lot of fried foods. Ate there twice in three days. Service is good and has a good atmosphere. Gets crowded - so plan ahead?

Have eaten here several times for both lunch and dinner. Always well satisfied. The kitchen accommodated deviations from the menu for my finicky old cousin. She was happy and that is saying something!

We were brought here by former neighbors from Western NY, found it to be a worthwhile experience. We were greeted and seated promptly. Server showed up right away. Food came promptly and was ample and hot. Location is in historic downtown area which is interesting.
