On our way home from a trip to Sanibel Island, my husband and I stopped at the Wisteria Tea Room, and we are so glad we did! We chose the Royal Tea experience with the three tiers of tea treats. Artichoke quiche may have been my favorite, but it's hard to say because the scone was perfect, and double chocolate... More

A very nice place whether you want Tea or not. Other delightful beverages are also served. Today at 11:30, and they only opened at 11:00 a.m. we had to wait a few minutes for a table. Someone had made reservations for 10, but did not show up. We will make reservations in the future. Service is very helpful and friendly.... More

The Wisteria, a lovely tea room, is a former home. The business owner has done a wonderful job of making over this home into a tea room. The former home of a middle school English teacher, who was a very proper lady. So wouldn't she be delighted to see this home now? The food is served with style on beautiful... More

Kind friends invited us to the Wisteria Tea Room for lunch. Now honestly, as a transplant from England, I'm skeptical of any US establishment that claims to know how to make tea. Well, judging on the English Breakfast tea that we had, thecWisteria has the art down, and their scones are the real article too :-) As we were out... More

My wife and I have been regular customers since their opening and we have never been disappointed. The food has always fresh and the staff never disappoints and could not be more accommodating.

OK, to this guy, it is a feminine environment; but, I can celebrate the artful, tasteful genre! The food is fabulous as was the helpful service provided by the owner and Suzie. No, it is not a singles place frequented by females so don’t go there for that. The ladies are seniors like me and there were gents there too.... More

Food is definitely “ladies lunching”—beautiful salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts. The combinations (sandwich/salad, soup/salad) include a savory scone, which can be exchanged for a sweet. A bit of “Devonshire cream” on this sweet scone (today it was cranberry/macadamia)makes a lovely finish. During my first visit, I had ordered the vanilla chai and was very happy. This time, a chocolate chai... More

Four of us (all ladies) had lunch here today. It was wonderful. We had trouble deciding, but two had the tort, one had the roast beef panini and I had the Duo Salad (Chicken salad, egg salad, fruit, greens and veggies with a choice of dressings. All sandwiches come with chips, as well as a choice of soup or salad.... More

What is it about a "tea room" that seems to attract a mostly feminine crowd? Nothing wrong with that, except this place deserves a much wider audience. The food is homestyle: fresh, delicious, reasonably priced, and portions are generous. Everyone is cheery and friendly. I wish I lived closer. The parking area behind the restaurant is always tightly packed. Try... More

Wisteria Tea Room has been the most enjoyable new experience I have shared with my dear friends this season. Everyone is so warm and friendly and the food is delicious. Fond memories of Tea Parties as a little girl were so nice to enjoy again . Being a tea lover, their varieties are marvelous and their presentation was perfect. Don't... More
