Ordered from Bar and Grill first day, service slow. Ordered again during the week, service again very slow. Drinks from servers around pool very slow or non-existant.

Our stay at the house was great. The kids enjoyed the home and the resort facilities. Everything exceeded our expectations. I will definitely consider renting this home during my future stays in Orlando. Thanks for everything.

The management is poor; they are not customer service oriented--in their words: it's not my problem. If you're a fitness buff forget this resort. The townhouses are dirty; especially the rugs; no wifi even though their site says that internet is available in all locations. One would think that the apartment, home, or townhouse would be what they are talking... More

Regal Palms Resort was perfect for my large family vacation. The first floor bedroom/bathroom was a perfect fit for the grandparents. The pool was perfect for the days off from the parks. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds and townhouse were clean. JP

The food was good but the service was slow! When you are dealing with families, you need to be on top of service and this just wasn't the case! The food and drinks were expensive! This could be a great place with some changes!
