For our last evening in Connecticut, our family (6 of us) went to Sophia's at the recommendation of our uncle, who we went to visit. I had the Ahi Tuna that truly was a delight to savor. The meal was not only delightful but pleasantly filling. The atmosphere supports an intimate gathering, friends or a family with older children. The price is reasonable and the staff is attentive. Delightful food, great value and attentive staff, Sophia's has hit the trifecta for the restaurant industry.

We stopped there for lunch on a Friday, the place was empty, beside us there was 2 other small parties. Half of the dinning area was closed and apparently one server on duty.
