we were looking forward to having a meal at tuscany, which has a dramatic location in the mohegan sun complex. given the marquee name and the prices, this would undoubtedly be memorable, right? how very wrong we were. i would say the food might be on par with Olive Garden, and given the target audience this is shameful. bland menu,... We love this place and the food is very very good. My only issue is some of the host staff discriminate. We have tried to have dinner a couple times now on a weekend, the place has been dead with only a couple tables filled on the patios and were turned away due to being "full". I assume it was... More

We stopped in the first night of our company convention around 9pm absolutely starving. Been there before and nothing's really changed, you still feel like you're dining in a cave which was novel at first but now is just kind of tired. We ordered flatbreads, the white clam and the meatball. Terrible, I had the meatball and it was dry... More

My wife and I heard wonderful things about Tuscany and wanted to have a memorable meal at Mohegan Sun. We got one, just not how we wanted it. The alarms should have gone off when the host was rude and distracted taking our reservation, but we attributed this to a busy Saturday night. When we were sat at our table... More

When you walk through Mohegan Sun Casino where this restaurant is located and you approach Tuscany - the view is pretty. The restaurant has seating overlooking the casino surrounded by rocks and waterfalls. We chose to sit inside although the ambiance was nothing to write home about but outside it is so loud from the water - you couldn't really... More

I have breakfast at Todd English's Tuscany restaurant. I chose the Tuscan Benedict (I think that is what it was called)... it's his twist on Eggs Benedict. This came with the traditional English muffins and poached eggs, but it also has a Lobster Hollandaise sauce which was awesome and some crispy prosciutto on top. Price was reasonable for such upscale... More

We ate breakfast/brunch in Tuscany. The waterfall outside on the terrace is a bit loud so we ate inside. The food was mouthwateringly delicious. There were traditional menu items as well as some Italian twists on the menu. I had chestnut and pine nuts (pignoili) pancakes. SO, so good. I will definately eat here again next time I visit.

Dinner at Todd English's Tuscany was so delicious. The server was very polite and knowledgable about all the menu items. The garlic bread with mozzarella was so tasty. We then dined on Porterhouse steak and chicken Parmesan. The food was delicious and plentiful! The only downfall was we didn't have room for dessert! I would definately return.

I've eaten at English's retaurant's in NYC (Ca Va, Olives) and they are great. This is far from great. It's like chain food from Applebee's or something - way NOT upscale. Ordered spaghetti & meatballs and the meeatballs were frozen. I mean - truly ice cold. English should be ashamed of himself. There are so many fantastic places to choose... More

Had the Chef's tasting menu with the wine pairing with a good friend. Seated in the rear which was quiet and cozy away from the loud kitchen and deafening waterfall. The seats outside by the waterfall are very loud, almost too loud. The kitchen area and seats close to the open kitchen were raucous with lots of obvious kitchen noise... More
