We stopped here by chance looking for a nice place with a water view for lunch. We ended up splitting a fish & chip dinner along with a bowl of chowder. Both of our selections were very good and the house wine was a good selection. The water views are an added benefit of dining here.

Sitting overlooking the water at the Dog Watch Cafe, having drinks and eating with good friends...couldn't ask for a much better day. The atmosphere is easy going and the view is perfect. I was impressed by the food and our friendly, attentive server. This is a great place to share an afternoon or evenings with friends.

Overlooking a dock near a marina and boatyard, Dog Watch Café is a lovely and charming restaurant. Fried oysters were good, not great. Breading was very good, but the oysters themselves were only fair. The garlic butter sauce with the generous serving of mussles was spectacular, and they were good down the last one.

Friends of ours told us about this place and said, ya have to go there. Glad we did! It's a fun place and the food was great with and large selection of many choices. Kudos to the service as well, our waitress was a doll.

Located in the marina, on the water so you can't beat the location and setting.
