We've always been wanting to try this restaurant, but for some reason never seemed to make it in until we got a coupon on Living Social. I can't believe I have waited so long to visit! Michael (owner and chef) is so friendly and kind, and Bobby is a great server! It's important to me when a business shows their... More

We were visiting from out of town and stopped by here on the recommendation of a local friend. We were met upon our arrival by the owner and chef, Michael. He and the waitstaff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had one of the specials that night, which was rigatoni with a wild boar ragu. We had previously had this... More

Not much to say. Food was good but service took forever. It is a medium to large room but only one waiter. When we went there were only 6 parties in the room and even with a small clientele it took forever to get service, whether it was cocktails, starters or dinner; I never got my refill on my drink... A visit to picturesque Ridgefield and this place was a poor ending. As an out of town guest from South America the service was adequate, food mediocre and expensive and not worth the trip. I asked the waiter regarding the cold food and he responded that it should be cold meat.???? If there is one rjing I know from S.... More

We had a terrific meal here. Fantastic pasta. Wonderfully warm, friendly service from the waiter and the chef/owner. The only off-note was the calamari appetizer -- it was clearly frozen (borderline freezer burned). But the rest of the food was just wonderful, and the service was tremendous.

Ridgefield's many Italian restaurants run the gamut from pizzerias to white tablecloth, a surprising range for a town of 25,000. Spagone ranks in the Top 3. The menu is well beyond red sauce, the execution usually sophisticated, and the service knowledgable and attentive. Our clear choice when we're in the mood for Italian in town.

Took mom here for 80th. Bob did a great job in meeting all our needs, but could have used a little more help. Food was excellent, best Italian in area.

We had gotten tickets to a show at the Ridgefield playhouse. As we were not familiar with the restaurants in the area we turned to Tripadvisor and picked Spagone. What a find. Our waiter had alot of personality and a good knowledge of food and wine. We picked a bottle of wine based on his suggestion. It was excellent. The... More

When we want consistently excellent food and a sense of family, we think Spagone. Food is always fresh and beautifully prepared, and owner Michael and his staff make us feel as if we have joined them for a wonderful family dinner. In contrast to most restaurants, tables are set to allow each party a sense of personal space, something for... More

I have dined at Spagone's many, many times and always have a really wonderful meal. This is one of Ridgefield's very best restaurants. The owner, Michael, treats his guests like family and genuinely wants to please. If you are lucky and he has time, he will stop by your table and talk for a while---- his warmth and caring are...
