The pork was so over seasoned it was inedible and way to over priced for the portion. The green chili stew was acceptable. They had a poor beer selection for this whoyha.

Always a little skeptical with Mexican. This is the first weekend in April and only 4 restaurants open. We were pleasantly surprised. Husband ordered steak special which was seasoned and cooked as ordered. I ordered the spinach enchiladas with red sauce. Jus the right amount of cheese and enchilada sauce had a little kick. The best spinach enchiladas! Get them Christmas style half green/ half red sauce the red has some bite to it with a great flavor! We go to Ouray when we want to treat ourselves out to dinner and I always get to go to the Buen Tiempo for my birthday!

Second time at BT on Friday, and it was even better than the first two years ago. The restaurant seemed pretty full, but we were seated right away by a friendly server. Buen Tiempo has pretty good fajitas, good beers on tap, and you can watch the game. The beans and rice are so so, but all in all, good food. Yummy! Came highly reccomended. Give the wait staff a $1 and watch them try and stick it on the ceiling! Take a ride or walk to Box Canyon to watch the ice climbers!
