My daughter's favorite spot in Manitou Springs. She was forever going there to get her tea fix. She absolutely loves this place.
Very quaint building. Loved the tiny, cozy decor. We tried coffee and iced mate drinks and loved them both. We didn't sample the food, but it looked very tasty.
I got to check this place out on our recent visit to Manitou Springs, and was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure what to try considering I had never had mate before, so they suggested the chilled "Common Ground" which seems to be a base for most of their mate drinks.

So yes the mate factory seems to be quite the rage in manitou and I understand why. It is really ggreat tasting and allegedly good for you.
