Description: Vesta, the Goddess of the Hearth, is the most beautiful of Roman divinities, bright and pure like the flame that is her symbol. Latins made Vesta a goddess who personified the earth and fire. She presided over the preparation of meals: Vesta was offered the first food and drink. The hearth conjures up visions of domesticity and peace, for the hearth is the traditional center of family life. It symbolizes warmth, security, and companionship a place for dreaming where it becomes possible by peering into the embers, to find physical and mental renewal and a place to discover the secrets of the future. At Vesta Dipping Grill, we have combined these themes to provide a unique dining experience. Vesta is simplicity, quality, comfort, life, art, scent, relaxation, taste, sound, and fun.

We all love finger foods, but most of the time these are relegated to comfort foods, or worse. Vesta elevates finger foods and dipping sauces to entirely new heights. Great spot, whether you sit at the bar, or get a table.

This is a great spot the atmosphere is great and the menu is a very unusual idea. They have about 30 dipping sauces that you select for your menu items. They recommend 3 that they feel goes best with you entrée or appetizer but you can choose others. They have a venison fillet that is to die for and the... More

Got there late after a baseball game and were treated royally. The menu looked really interesting but we only sampled a few things, all prepared perfectly. We were especially impressed that they were willing to split and cook our tenderloin at different temperatures. This is service! Wine selections by the glass were interesting and reasonably priced. We sat at the... More

I was visiting Denver with a friend and she had read a Yelp review about this restaurant so we tried it while in town. Since it was a Saturday night and had not made reservations, we sat at the bar and had so much fun. Robin, the bartender was SO nice and chatted with us all evening. Wow - she... More

I've been here twice in the past year, and both times the food has been excellent. It's hard to find a restaurant this good, but here it is. The food alone is great, and the dipping sauces add that extra touch which makes it unique.

We went to Vesta tonight and sampled 4 appetizers 4entrees and 3 desserts. We were underwhelmed with the food for the price. The signature sauces were all cold from the refrigerator and not that interesting. The duck breast and scallops were excellent the chicken was so so and the beef was good, the appetizer shrimp was the best. I would... More

This is no old school fine dining restaurant! There is nothing wrong with such revered institutions, however as visitors for the weekend for a family event, we had one chance at dinner out and after checking a couple TripAdvisor reviews, we knew Vesta was the place to go. We were not disappointed! Four of us adults went to this wonderfully... More

Vesta Dipping Grill is an amazing restaurant. My husband takes me to great places for our special occasions. One of our favorite things to do is to try new places. Vesta didn't disappoint us at all. Everything about this place stands out. The staff is friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way for you. Rob was our... More

This is a great restaurant in downtown Denver. Their schtick is all about the variety of sauces that you can choose to go with each dish. You can choose the recommended 3 sauces or choose your own from a list of 15-20 (?). Thing is their food is so good you really don't need the sauces. Everything is fresh and... More

We went here for a graduation celebration and it was amazing! Appetizers such as Mediterranean pita and the seared tuna is recommended! I also tried the vegetarian chickpea donas dish and others had the scalop dish! The sauces were varied and not a single one of them were bad! This is the place you go for a nice evening with... More
